Who operates the store

Beck & Brown is owned and operated by Nya Labs LLC, the legal seller. The business contact address and customer-care details appear below.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for a name, email address, optional order reference and message. It checks those fields before attempting delivery. When messaging is enabled, your message is forwarded to customer care through the configured email service. The form reports when it cannot confirm acceptance; a failed request is not presented as delivered. Do not include payment card details, passwords or identity documents.

Order access uses your order reference and secure browser access or a time-limited email link. Shipment updates come from actual order and carrier records. The lookup does not disclose another customer’s order.

Browser storage

The bag is stored locally in your browser under a store-specific key. It contains product identifiers and quantities, rather than payment details. Browser storage may be cleared through your browser settings; doing so can remove the saved bag.

Measurement and payment

Optional product-interest measurement counts product views and bag additions only after you accept it. Advertising measurement has a separate control. When checkout is available, Whop processes payment details through its payment interface. The store keeps the order and payment status needed for fulfillment and support, rather than storing your full payment card details. Cloudflare hosts the website and order database; the configured email service processes order and support messages when enabled.

Requests and changes

Use the Contact Us page for the current contact route and its availability. The site does not promise a particular statutory privacy regime without an applicability review. Do not send sensitive documents to establish a request.

Optional product interest measurement

With your permission, we count product views and successful additions to the bag by product and UTC date. These are action counts, not unique shoppers or conversion rates. Each event contains only a product ID, event type and a random event ID used to prevent duplicates; it contains no customer name, email, address or payment details. Cloudflare stores the aggregate totals and temporary event IDs. Temporary IDs expire from duplicate checking after 24 hours and are removed in bounded cleanup batches when new events arrive; aggregate totals remain until deleted. No analytics cookie or persistent visitor ID is used for this counter. Optional measurement stays off until you accept, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off. You can withdraw permission on the Cookie & privacy choices page. Your choice is stored in this browser with its version and timestamp and expires after 180 days. Necessary bag and checkout storage works independently. Any separately configured Google Analytics or advertising measurement uses its own disclosed settings.

How we use data

With permission, we count product views and additions to your bag and use Google Analytics to understand visits and shopping steps. Google receives this store’s ID and domain, device and network information. Where configured, Google Ads uses advertising cookies and ad-click information to measure verified purchases. Purchase measurement includes order references, product IDs and values; it excludes customer names, email, addresses and payment details. Personalized advertising stays off.
