Seller and product information

Beck & Brown is owned and operated by Nya Labs LLC, the legal seller. Product descriptions, measurements, selected options and included components must identify the actual item. Styling props are not included unless expressly listed.

The registered business address is shown below. It is not automatically a showroom, collection point or return receiving location.

Orders and payment

Adding an item to a bag does not reserve stock or complete a purchase. The final item details, available delivery service and full charges must be presented before payment. A purchase is not successful unless the order and payment are actually confirmed.

Payment is processed through checkout. The available payment methods and total charges are shown before you pay. Opening checkout alone does not complete a purchase.

Delivery and returns

Standard shipping is $5.99. Handling is 1–2 business days and estimated transit is 3–6 business days, for 4–8 business days total. The cutoff is 15:00 America/New_York, Monday to Friday.

The return request window is 60 days from delivery. Obtain receiving instructions before sending an item. Read Shipping and Returns & refunds together with the terms supplied for a particular order.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting support. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s order information, or send confidential payment details through a contact message.
