Charges and timing

Standard shipping within the United States is $5.99 per order. There is no free-shipping tier. Allow 1–2 business days for handling and an estimated 3–6 business days in transit, for a total of 4–8 business days. These are estimates, not a guarantee of a particular arrival date.

The order cutoff is 15:00 America/New_York, Monday to Friday. Orders after that cutoff are considered on the next business day. The cutoff does not promise same-day dispatch.

Before payment

Review the delivery address, service availability and complete charges before paying. The payment step must show any applicable tax or additional amount before you agree to it. Do not make a separate payment using details found in a supplier photograph or an unrelated website.

Dispatch and tracking

Tracking depends on actual events recorded for your parcel. A label or tracking number alone does not establish that a carrier has collected it. If an estimate changes after an order is accepted, customer care must explain the available options.

Address corrections

Check the address carefully before placing an order. Contact customer care promptly if a correction is needed. A request does not change the address until the correction is confirmed.

Destinations and dispatch

We deliver to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. APO/FPO addresses, US territories and international destinations are not supported.

Orders ship from the fulfillment location assigned for each order. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment.
